Make sure your RALI Base is on a flat surface.
Open the RALI app.
Wake up your RALI Base: give it a little tap or move.
The app connects on its own. You don't need to press CONNECT.

Note: your RALI Base must be on a flat surface to connect to the app.

Frequently asked questions

You can return your RALI Base within 30 days of delivery. It must be returned in its original packaging, include all original components, be reset, and be free from physical damage.

To start a return, email support@rali.co. We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and $9.99 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
