What is the return policy?
You can return your RALI Base within 30 days of delivery. It must be returned in its original packaging, include all original components, be reset, and be free from physical damage.
To start a return, email support@rali.co. We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and $9.99 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

How does it track nutrition?
Step 1: Remove RALI Base from your bottle.
Step 2: Place an empty plate on your RALI Base.
Step 3: Add food to your plate and tell the RALI App each food.
